They sell hard cider but that's about it. I took the wharf to national harbor route with a stop in Alexandria.
It does a loop over to the wharf in DC, you can get off there or stay on for trip back to Alexandria...very pretty, plus great view off the cherry blossoms on an island on the way over. I believe there is another itinerary too, but this is the one we chose, very happy with it! I did not see any food, but they sold coffee etc, no alcohol, but ride is only like an hour & 15 min round trip. Great experience!!! 🙂👍
