They followed the safety practices to the letter with me.
We follow the guidance provided by NM DOH. We also completed the training required for restaurants and retail operations. In practice we wear masks, sanitize surfaces that are touched by staff or customers and practice social distancing by spacing our patio and indoor tables. We are currently open inside @ 25% which translates to 8 to 10 people spread over 3 tables. We also inquire about customers health (brief) and collect contact tracing info (name and email or phone number). You can call if you have any other questions.
