Over the past year or so every time I order breakfast croissants from this location they are under cooked and cold. I stopped coming here for 6 months hoping it had changed, but it had not.

I know I'm not the only Who remembers the floats that Burger King used to haveAnd I haveAnd I have itAnd I have it wasAnd I have it was iceAnd I have it was ice cream on the bottom and then like slushii on top. But absolutely NOBODY remembers it who works at burger King. And this location was a joke..I explained it 2 times then "she" who is a "he" co.es back with a small cup with ice cream in it and tells me I get the frozen lemonade and shoos me away...I'm like I know I didn't just pay $3 and some change for this...Anyway she got an attitude right way when I questioned her and grabbed it out of my hand ,even after I said, just to avoid any conflict, "hey it was probably my fault"..but the whole attitude was beyond non professional that I couldn't believe when I asked for the manager..she was the manager!! What do u do then?

Ordered fish sandwich combo. Got home, took couple bites of sandwich & it was hard/over cooked. Called to let them know, took sandwich back & they made a fresh one and also gave me new fries.

This is a bacon King I ordered the first photo is the first Burger that I took back to have them correct 8 minutes later while still sitting in the Drive-Thru I was brought the second photo back to me and then I asked for my money back I never received an apology and excuse or anything else when I asked for my money back I gave the entire meal that I bought which included fries and a drink plus a dessert that totaled $14.30 the lady who gave me a refund tried to give me back $10 and some change so I had to back up and let her know she did not give me the corrected change and when she did she still shorted me 5 cents I have never had such horrible service at a Burger King in my life and I don't know if I'll ever go back to any Burger King after this experience

Two years later, it's still pretty bad. I would've imagined the employee turnover, over a two-year period, would have changed by now. I think the problem probably is on the owner(s).
