Call your local public defenders office and provide his name. They can tell you who his attorney is.
Thanks for the information, I found out who the public defender was , but I haven't got to speak with him I have left voice messages with no response so knowing he is busy with a large case load . so I thought it would be easier for him to communicate via e-mail and still no response.
Clerk of county can tell you who his lawyer is and his next court date if he has been accused of a state crime. It may be different in Federal court.
