It was on Saturday I rode bus 53 to the farmers market on Beaver Street. Waited on Commonwealth for 45 minute going. Coming back I waited 3 hours to come back home. I call a cab. Cab came within 10 min. Three 53 bus was going to the terminal at the same time..?
Get Right
6+ hours a day wasted On these bus trying to get to and from work for a less than 20 min car ride or 1 hours maybe 2 bike ride or 4 hour walking.I get off work at 5pm my second bus just getting here at 8:40 I've been downtown for over an hour I could've walked home but like everyday they put up false times and the bus never show up.
Sad Boys
Jacksonville transportation authority is a joke drivers stop at bus stops go in stores, gas station and etc. all while the bus is still running and get themselves stuff. Buses always running late or delayed. Buses do not depart on time from downtown station on lavilla street isn’t no point of reporting it cause they go make a excuse for themselves saying oh it’s approximately how do bus came at 11:45 was supposed depart at 12:00 on the dot but didn’t until 12:03 cause driver operators taking they time walking all slow to the bus ,talking , laughing and gossiping contacted customer service said they get a 10 minute break okay that’s understandable but how is from 11:45am to 12:03 pm 10 minutes? Im confused. Unprofessional you don’t know what person may have a job and you all giddy galling can cost them they income and households but wouldn’t you strive to achieve the time on schedule? and even if you did report it all this gonna keep going on. Wish Jacksonville had some second bus public transportation company honestly

Call the jta bus transportation and make complaint. There might also be a website.
I believe cost is incumbent upon your destination unless it is a flat rate. I am not sure as i personally do not use this service. I believe you can make an appointment to be transported at any point before the day of the actual appointment.
I myself am not sure. Yet, I know your best bet to receive information on this, is to contact JTA directly. Hope you find your answers bud.
1.75 per ride and bus pass for the month is 60-65 dollars
Download the JTA app on the play store
What is the number of the bus you talking about.
The AC stays on and keeps the bus Cole to try to kill any airborne bacteria that may surface the different passengers on board remember we still have covid and other things going on out there
Go to Jta, are call .
You have to download the MyJTA app. It's actually a little cheaper to buy passes on line.
Because to some people it's still hot even in the morning.
Call customer service to get the answer you need. People can say the wrong thing on here.
Yes!
They are still under the covid schedule
You can go to a Walgreens or Harvey’s
Hi Anthony, we are running normal schedules until 1 p.m. Here’s our full rundown of operations during Hurricane Dorian’s pass of Northeast Florida: https://www.jtafla.com/media-center/service-alerts/hurricane-dorian-evacuation-services/
