Vilousa county beaches are pet free they can take you to jail I was told by sheriff there are is dog park by lighthouse tomoka and new Smyrna dunes pet friendly
No beach in Volusia County allowed pets unless you go South to the state park and it has a river beach for dogs. To find a dog friendly beach go north to Flagler County.
Not on the public beach unless u have a service dog.. Their are dog beaches but i suggest to go a little north to Ormond by the Sea.. No issues there
