Victoria Henry, I agree you should 1st make a nite of any changes he may have had in food treats or people food in the last 3days, any changes to his enviroment, did he just have a bath or did he drink water outside. Make sure to have this list with you when you call or go see the Vet. This will help you remsin focused. Is there any new lumps/ bumps on him? Are his eyes clear and nose cold? This will help the vet move on quickly if the obvious is already done. Good luck and our prayers are with you. Please let me know how he makes out.
I think if he isn't acting like himself you should take him to your vet. Question for you, could he be overheated or dehydrated??
I'm keeping him cool & hydrated. I don't know what else to do I'm going to take him to the vet. Thank u everyone for your suggestions
He needs to see a vet now to determine if there is an issue inside. Older animals do slow down but not to that level for that breed. Definitely time for a physical work-up at a vet's office ASAP.
Time to see your veterinarian
I think you need to take him to your vet.
