Does fathful friends have medical check appts for cats at Germay Dr. Its where I had both of the my fur babies fixed, but not sure about well/sick appt, and they both need it...

Yes they have well and sick appts. If your cat or dog is really sick they do not take emergency care. The return call may take a day or two for an appt.
