This place is so disorganized, they only accept checks?? Delaware needs to do what every other state does and offer these services ONLINE! THEY MAKE IT AALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO THE CLASSES THEY ASSIGNED IF YOU LIVE IN SOSUTHREN DELAWARE!!

The worst. I’ve been trying to take care of my DUI for over a year now. No matter who gets the phone, they are rude and most times hang up if you demand a person and not a voice mail. My case worker, Trail Lynn screams at me and tells me it’s all my fault. Very unprofessional. If you try to go to the office they won’t open the door to let you up to the office. You people supposed to be helping but you all just hurting those that gotta come there.

Same problem and they owe me a refund.
It took MONTHS for them to even cash the check. By the time they did, it took a month for someone to contact me. By then I had registered with another program and was evaluated in a weeks time. I'm not trying to get ahold of ANYONE to find out where my refund is.

Only if you are on Federal Probation or body to bottle observation is requested. We do have you empty your pockets, leave your purse and jacket on a hook and the door is left slightly open while staff stands in hallway.
