How can you find out if your dog is up to date with shotsand license?

I always have the spca clinic do my dogs shots bcuz its cheaper but they do write down the animals name and info and i get a copy and they keep one.

Where did you get the dog? Has he been vaccinated recently? You would need to contact your vet to see when his last Rabies shot was done. If you adopted him from somewhere you should reach out to them to see when they did his Rabies vaccine. As far as a license that is done through petdata.com for the state of Delaware.
