Why don't you allow register for spin class online and on site so that bike reservation is checked prior to the start of class? That way no class time is missed?

You can reserve a bike 24 hours ahead of time thru the app or by calling the front desk. You must be on the bike when the class starts or you forfeit your reservation to someone on standby.
