Yes there is a pathway around the quarry to accommodate both bikers and walkers ..There actually ia pathway that will take you up around the park and there are a couple access points into the park

I used to all the time. There is a paved path around the quarry that will accommodate even a street bike. Just remember to give pedestrians the right of way
