I have done so, but have called management ahead of time just to make sure. :)

If you have a big party yes and yes you can bring in a cake. It would be best to call and set it up with the manager.

Im sure u can make reservations and I do not see why anyone would not be able to bring celebration cake in, just call and ask them that question Google their phone number I'm call:-)
