Day pass for DE registered car is $4, out of state plates: $8. Annual passes $35 instate, $70 out of state includes all DE state parks. Discounts for seniors & military available on annual passes.

Walk ins are free. Drive ins for DE licensed cars is under $5.i do know they offer yearly passes for like $30 ish bucks eith discount options
