It’s very frustrating when you call and never get an answer especially if you have to inform them for absences. I got charged for classes my son didn’t attend to, due to him being sick or out of town that weekend. I still continued to have him enrolled and thought maybe I could do make up classes. But now there’s a new issue I called last week spoke with Katie about getting a refund for this month since we will be away and won’t be able to attend any of the classes she said she will speak to the director and someone will get back to me even though she doesn’t think she would be able to refund me my money… how is that even legal you. Are going to charge me for classes that my son can not attend. No one ever got back to me I called again and no one answers the phone how can a business be ran like this and then basically steal money From people who can’t attend but already charged my card. Disappointed!!!

The owner & Ms. Kate are great. I bring two toddlers to the same class and they are super accommodating. They will work with you on scheduling if need be. They also rearrange the gym and mix things up for each class. The kids all seem to love it and really enjoy themselves. No complaints.

The 1 star is for Ms. Naomi, who really deserves 5 stars. My son began attending the Birds class in April, and I just recently cancelled our membership. The head instructor never remembered his name, nor did she ever answer the phone when calling due to absences. I was still charged for classes we didn't attend when he was sick, and met with a really nasty attitude when I mentioned that she doesn't remember his name (despite greeting every other child by their name), and does not answer the telephone or check voicemails. I understand that they are understaffed, but the laziness and poor attitude aren't necessary either. The facility itself is pretty small and run-down, but can still be a good time for little ones. Plenty of opportunity for children to socialize, especially as there is no structure each class. Ms. Naomi teaches on Saturday's and does a fantastic job at keeping the children engaged. She delivers instruction in a more structured way that you'd expect from The Little Gym. I would've kept my son enrolled if we could make it on Saturday's for her class. Overall, I was expecting my son to learn how to use the equipment with the guidance of the instructors, and this simply did not happen in over a 3 month span. Look elsewhere, because for $90.00 a month, anyone would have bigger expectations.
