I live in an apartment and I deal with noisy neighbors. They yell and play a bass stereo system until very late hours. I’ve called the leasing office and the non emergency line many times. What else can I do to in this situation? I’m losing my mind

Disagree completely. The neighbors already know they're creating a disturbance. Knocking on the door is creating a personal confrontation that's unfair to the victims.
