I see our police attempting to make a difference all over the county! They are at the gym, with their recruiting table, giving out goodies to all that pass. Their Presence at national night out was great too. Good job with community relations!!

My friend has been detained in Millersville for 3 months with no charges and has never seen a judge. I called IA and Detective Brown laughed at me told it was impossible and my friend was probably sitting on his couch with a 40 in his hand laughing at me and that I was being scammed. The officers have had me pay several thousand dollars for a miriad if things including bail money (again never seen a judge bc there are no charges. Each time it's paid the "officer in charge has gone home for the day so he can't be let out and then they say it's another 50 for the day. Finally ths last time they want 60 for paperwork that doesn't exist bc his name isn't in the srstem. He is currently still locked in what I assume is an interview room. Anyone who reads this please help if you can.

9 Sherriffs Dept cars went to my daughters house to serve a bench warrant, and arrest for her not showing up for a court date, based on an envelope that was returned to the county, because they didn't have her apt#.. so they arrest this poor 135 lb girl, and tell her that she has 5 minutes to get someone to take care of her son, or they will call social services... one officer with a cooler head and understanding of the situation treated her better, and took control... but none of the sherriffs deputies would leave the address until she was secured in the back of the police car... 9 sherriffs dept cars.... protecting and serving... how ridiculous.

If they are parking on your yard, absolutely. I can assure you though, if it were my house, they would stop doing it. I have a bunch of vehicles, and a boat, and a camper. It would all be parked in front of theirs. Do unto others...
You... Sorry

Drop it into any sharps container. Or notify the police non-emergency number 410-222-8610, and they’ll dispatch an officer to dispose of it.
Disagree completely. The neighbors already know they're creating a disturbance. Knocking on the door is creating a personal confrontation that's unfair to the victims.
You would report to the IRS Fraud department at 1-800-829-0433.
The previous answer has a typo, the correct number is 410-222-8691.
You need to go to one of the district courthouses and file for an eviction. You must do it formally, as simply providing someone with written notice of eviction is not recognized in AACO/MD. It must come through the courts and subsequently the Sheriff’s department.
No. You can request to speak to an officer by phone, or in person at your location. Or you can file a report online via https://www.aacounty.org/departments/police-department/forms-publications/crime-report
Call the non-emergency number at 4102228610
Minimum age is 21 (at the time of graduation from academy), there is not maximum age so long as you can pass the physical and medical requirements of the job.
Go to the District court in either Annapolis or Glen Burnie. Protective orders can be done 24/7, 365 days. However, if after hours, Glen Burnie is your best bet as the Annapolis courthouse deals with the public AND all individuals arrested by the police. Glen Burnie serves solely the public after hours.
