I saw a dead turtle floating in the water yesterday. Hopefully the water is getting treated. I would not eat anything fish out of there. Just for recreation I guess.

You need a Union County or NJ state fishing license. Trout is stocked in early summer. Mostly sun fish are what you will find. A family of turtles can be found near the bridge.
