Been coming here for many many many years and gave a 5 star review but today I had to change it to a 1 star because the entire staff is not the same as last time I went . What the heck just happened. It's Sunday and all employees arrived late after opening time of 9am which was my appointment time. Told employee needed oil change, new wipers because colder months coming and needed rear brakes. After an hr I was told vehicle ready only to find out after asking tech if brakes were okay. Tech said he thought they were good. When asking employee at help desk, he asked the actual tech who worked on truck and said no he didn't because they are drums and couldn't do it. Why, are they not qualified techs to change drum pads???? Then I asked were the wipers changed and again said no. So he went to change the wipers and didn't know how to change them so asked to bringe truck around back to have someone else do. I now have to go somewhere else to get new rear brakes because no way I trust anything they do there anymore. Almost forgot, tire tread reading on report said 9 for all 4 tires when in fact the right rear tire is in need of replacement because hardly any tread left which I was going to replace elsewhere anyway or not because it's a company vehicle which I may be getting a new one soon anyway. Brakes are extremely important to replace so I have to do regardless. I spent more time writing this review then they actually took reviewing the safety of my vehicle. Enough said. This place needs qualified employees to ensure people drive out of there safely. I didn't want to write this review but just wanted owner to know what's happening before something serious happens to a customer.

NOT A FAN! Scheduled a weekday oil change appointment for 5PM. I brought the vehicle in at 4:45 and was told that it would be ready by 7PM the same day (when they close). By 6:40, there was no update, so I called and was told that the vehicle would not in fact be ready that day, they hadn't started work on it, and when I dropped it off at 5:36 (not sure where that time came from!) there were 7 vehicles ahead of mine. When I asked what they would have done if I hadn't called, the response was "I assure you, your vehicle will be the first one done tomorrow". So, they were not going to even call me with an update and just let my car sit overnight in their lot without telling me, after assuring me it would be don the same day it was dropped off?!?!?! Customer service is the worst (the individual who answered my call said that he could not answer my questions because he was with a customer - so why answer the phone then?!?!?!) The service department scheduling needs to be reviewed and updated so pre-scheduled vehicles are serviced before walk-ins, and to ensure the system does not allow for more appointments than the staff can handle. One angry former customer here - great job, Pep Boys!! So much for trying to support THIS local business.

Contacted the union office and asked how much was an oil change and the gentlemen was very nasty and stated Ms. I said it was 100.00. I asked to speak with someone else then he came back on the line to apologies. Poor customer Service. Union gets 1 star. Contact Roselle and the gentlemen that I spoke with provided me with all the information that will be done on my vehicle and how much it will cost me. 5 Stars for Roselle.

Don't waste your time, find another place. I made an appointment at 930. I was quoted a 2-3 hour wait time because they claimed they were overbooked because of a "website malfunction" which was already extremely inconvenient because this service should only take roughly an hour - I didn't make arrangements for it to take more than that. I ended up having to shell out an extra expense to Lyft home. After three hours had passed, I was given no update. I called, was told that "my car was next". After an hour, I took a Lyft back MY CAR WAS STILL IN THE PARKING LOT. I asked the girl what happened and she said, "I'm not sure." And then had to wait yet another hour. If I hadn't repeatedly followed up or come in person, I'm not even sure my car would have even been seen that day. I wasn't offered any discounts for the trouble, was only spoken to kindly by one of the four employees that I interacted with. This whole endeavor threw off my entire day. I really recommend that if you need a service done, exhaust all other options first.

Retail closes earlier than the service center.
If you mean state inspection then no they do not.
They open at 9am. They have tires too!!
$100 for 90 day warranty, $120 for 1 year, $150 for 3 year, and $180 for lifetime warranty.
Yes they have the inside patches available.but you must require.
I think that's correct
Yes, if its direct fit. They don't modify exhaust or cut body panels to fit.
