This service came to the hospital to transport my 91 year old father home from a week stay in the hospital, they only sent 1 man to bring him up to a 2nd story apartment. Another man was supposed to meet him with a special chair. We sat in the van for over 30 minutes waiting for him to arrive. I would not recommend this service.

Over the last month, I used your services 2 times. Both occasions the driver, Theria, was on time, friendly and had a way of making me feel less anxious with the surgery that I was about to have. Theria also brought me back after the surgery was completed. Theria is caring, thoughtful and a pleasure to be with. You are very lucky to have a driver of her caliber, humor and competency. Not everyone is as thoughtful during these trying times.
