I pay child support for my son, 19 , however he is no longer with his mother and lives with me . but the money still goes to his mother and she keeps it. Could the probation office do something about this? Who should I contact concerning this issue?

Maybe it's arrears. If so, no..you have to pay that off . If your kid isn't in school anymore, then no more moey should be accrued.Just pay the arrears.
