This is a complain about the lady named GLADYS SWANTON, she likes to do unofficial sanitary inspections to intimidate workers, she’s a very rude and disrespectful person who like to show off her “ power” she flat out lies about false reports and a person with those ethic shouldn’t be part of the health department. I’m looking to file a official report because this isn’t the first time she’s disgusting rude to the employees of the Hackensack deli.

Professional staffs who knows how to treat or interact with visitors. Quite rare given the rude staffs at USPS or MVC or other government locations in NJ.

They typically don’t answer the phone but it’s probably due to them running the office AND seeing patients at the same time- so always leave a voicemail and they always get back to me! The nurse is so sweet here and provide great services to people in need of them. Definitely affordable i appreciate this facility and what they do for others

Go to the health information office. They should be eae to tell you how to get there at the security desk in the main building
