@EricCollins TKTS is a white booth in Times Square. Many performers and venues lose money if the house is not very full. While mostly theater and long running musicales, TKTS sells understood and cancelations often at a bigger discount than at ticket liquidators. The philosophy is better to fill the seat and make some money. Empty seats don't bring in any revenue. So some venues in NYC send extremely discounted tix to TXTS two or an hour before curtain. UNDERSOLD

Probably not but other discount ticket websites occasionally do.
