I bought tickets to Seinfeld in Sept for Dec 8 thru their handicap service number but have not received the tickets. No one is answering any of the Beacon ph numbers, how can I get my tickets?

Make sure they aren't e-tickets. Check your inbox and spam folder.

If tickets are will-call, you pick them up at box office day of the show.

If the ticket outlet was ticket master you have to call them. Beacon box office is open after 3 pm on a day when a show is being performed. So call on a Friday or Saturday, though they will direct you to the ticketing agent.
