Is the act homosexuality a sin and is it ok to commit this act?

I have heard this pastor say that when counseling gays who have attended this church, he asks them if they can do without the act of sex in their life. As long as they’re not participating in homosexual sex, they’re not sinning. He lets God take it from there, I guess.

I was actually hoping the administration or pastor would answer the question with a straightforward answer.

Romans chapter 1 from verse 29, and search the Bible, homosexuality is not of God. It can be cast out in the name of Jesus Christ. There is power in calling on His name. Demons will have to go and plead the Blood of Jesus Christ to protect you as you pray.
