Absolutely! There is a family-like feel, folks are really laid back and helpful, sharing water, balls, and praise for the puppers. The crowd that come to the dog park is pretty consistent, and our dog has several doggo buddies. All that being said, the dogs need to be well-behaved, socialized and friendly to other dogs and people. Females must not be in heat. Owners are expected to clean up any droppings, etc. Highly recommend giving it a try. Great place!

Yes it is fenced
Yes. As long as your pup is not aggressive then no one really cares. I feel that everyone there is really good with other dogs running up to them or their pup as well.
