This is a dishonest restaurant and company as the manager is too lazy to show integrity and be honest with their customers, the source of their own livelihood. They have posted, both online and on signs on the building itself, that they're open until 2:00 AM. I got there at 12:40 AM to find them closed. An employee leaving even told me that multiples other locations have the same disrespectful lack of honesty to their customers. If a business and it's manager can't respect their own customers they should find a new respectful manager who has honesty or the business needs to leave.

We’ve come here twice in the last month and each time the restaurant hasn’t been open at 6:00. Their hours say they open at 6. Our last time, we came on November 4th for my daughter’s birthday and waited until they finally opened the restaurant around 6:15, 6:20. We waited anyway and the food was good. But when they did let us in, they told us that it would be a minute because the griddle had to heat up. After already waiting outside for 15 min past opening time. It was a little stressing because we had to get my daughter back in time for school so we felt like we were rushed to eat by the time the food came. This morning, I came to bring my other daughter in for her birthday. It’s 6:18 and the restaurant still isn’t open. We were waiting with 3 other cars. Two of the cars eventually left. And then we were surprised to see, at 6:15, the third car turned off and a Denny’s employee walked to open the store. We waited another 10 minutes and the lights still didn’t turn on inside. By this time, it’s about 6:25. We decided to leave and go to Village Inn instead. I understand slow mornings but this is the 2nd time and nobody seemed to be in a rush to open the restaurant each time. If this is going to be a regular thing, perhaps advertise opening the restaurant at 7:00 or 8:00 instead of 6:00

My wife and I shared the Grand Slamwich Delish!!!! Except the potato bread. We asked fer french toast instead. Oh well. I'm pretty sure it was the first time my server ever server ever waited tables. She dissaoeared and I waited and waited.................... Anywho Kaity, the mgr, saved it with the chocolate shake

We had a good time here. There is good food and we were able to take advantage of some good deals like happy hour and the birthday deal. Service there was also helpful, cheerful, and personable. The facility was clean and we were helped to decent portions of food. I would certainly come back when there are more good deals, because the price tag can be high but so far I've enjoyed my experience.
