Beautiful venue, unprofessional staff. My husband and I loved the venue, and our guests had a wonderful time. The Chillon decorator called me a day before the wedding and informed me that they needed to change the tablecloth and centerpiece flower colors. So we got a new wedding color (pink flowers instead of purple) the day before the wedding, and I did not appreciate the last-minute change. The servers also stopped cutting the cake before everyone had a slice, and refused to let our family members take the extra catered sandwiches home as they were "overflow sandwiches," whatever that means. We had a wonderful evening, but if I could go back and redo the event I would just rent the venue and bring in my own catering and florist.

The Chillon Reception Center is the best place in Utah County for your reception, catering, or event needs! I had my own wedding reception here years ago in 1995, and have been working with the Chillon for many many years since then with different events, and they are fantastic in every way. I highly recommend them!!!

Best place to go, in my opinion, for your wedding reception! They have packages that take care of everything- the decorating, all the flowers for your wedding, and the cake! All you need besides that is a dress and photographer! Seriously saved my life with working full time and planning a wedding, felt like I showed up and left and everything was still exactly how I wanted it and had imagined it.
