My family is Italian however they weren’t great cooks to be honest. I went into the industry at 17. That was almost 40 years ago. I love the food at Siragusa. Your eggplant Provencal is fantastic and I have never seen another dish like it at another Italian restaurant. I love coming to Siragusa to have the eggplant and the spinach Delicious place to eat!
I've been to a celebrity "cooking adventure" and do not even want to THANK I can cook, but my closest lady friend come from a great Italian cooking back ground AND a fantastic cook .... family resturant in Minnesota for years (still going strong today).
