Walmart is always an enjoyable excursion. I was shopping for items for my daughter's room. I found plenty.

Called ahead to see if they had grey Rit Fabric dye in stock. After calling 4 or 5 times, tried a different number and got the photo department, asked if I needed to be transferred for them to check inventory and was told they could help me. To be fair, the employee was courteous over the phone, and I could have made sure he knew what I was talking about. But he told me that they had 2 different greys in stock, so I trusted that and went in. There weren't any grey dyes. They had 3 colors and they didn't even have black. The lady at the fabric cutting table saw that we were upset about it not being there after calling ahead to be sure and told us that she was sure there was some on the other side of the store by the laundry section. Knowing that it's fabric dye, we doubted that was true, but crossed the store and looked all over that section without finding any. We later went back to the fabric section to buy some lace fabric and waited over a half hour after calling for an employee to come help us cut the fabric since we aren't allowed to do it ourselves. After we went to the customer service counter, waited in line and were told that someone would come over, we waiting another 10-15 minutes before someone came to help. At the checkout, there were multiple refrigerated items that people had decided not to buy sitting among the candy. One was raw meat. This store needs new management. The employees are all nice and do their best, but the store is not run well and their customer service response time is severely lacking.

Store was cleaner and more organized than most Walmarts. They seemed to be well staffed, no issues that way. The restroom was a bit messy and could use some repairs.

Clean store, not well stocked, couldn't find what I was looking for. After having shopped here a while now I stand by my initial assessment. It's clean and workers are mostly friendly but it's hard to find things. More importantly though, they just stocked up for Halloween. Here's a peek of what they've got.
