Adress and order was confirmed two times and still were unable to complete the task how hard is it to put the adress in a GPS or call the customer , the customer shouldn't have to wait two hours and shouldn't have to check up on their order every 40 minutes...
I am sorry that happened to you. I have never had a problem with them, making a pizza or delivery of a pizza. I would have called to check and make sure they had my order and address correct.
