When you buy tickets online, either through Cinemark or Fandango, you can select your seats then. If you buy tickets at the theater you can also select your seats prior to going in.

Through Cinemark website yes you can choose your seats. They give you a "map" of the theater and seats and the one's you choose turn green. Once at the theater just walk in and show the code on your phone or paper to the person as you walk in and they will scan it for you. Super easy. You will pay a convenience fee online but sometimes it's worth it depending on the movie. I know good can be ordered online as well with a pickup spot on the right when you walk to the concessions.
