Addendum Didn’t get my cake when ordered in Sep and Agin Feb 22 On review of my pay statements .. noticed that money paid is also not returned back as promised . Ordered Cake for my wife birthday and on the day of pick up , informed that they don’t have person who prepares the cake and so is not prepared . There is no prior call or message about inability to make cake by management . Staff informed that manager will give me a call next day about it and never happened and I was finally able To get hold of him after multiple calls a week later .that’s in 2018 Again ordered cake in 2022 Feb . Cake was ready per manager but staff working that day said there is no cake and had to leave . I left a call to manager who informs me that cake is prepared and is there to pick up and there was miscommunication from staff and she even offered me to pick it up free Of charge ( But I already picked new cake from Cold stone by then and declined the nice gesture by her ) . I was told I will get call next day to get details to process my refund and never happened . I didn’t try to call Them back again and I just called mg bank to dispute the transaction at this time .

Tried to go today around 8:55 for my friend’s bday desert, the website says it closes at 10:00 (i work at a coldstone and I hate when customers come in right before closing so I’d never purposely come in before it closed) but the worker said she won’t scoop our ice cream (literally one scoop of chocolate) because it’s too hard and that we had to hurry up with another choice because they closed in five minutes (even though the website said it closed in an hour) Such a rude worker. I know it’s a minimum wage job, but if your at work you should do your job and not ruin people’s nights for literally an extra minute of work. Good luck in a professional job lol.

Used the drive thru Sat 6pm. Ordered a quart of pralines and cream. It was handed to me with no bag and no receipt.
