How can you have a range of $1,211 to $2,373 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath? That's a pretty broad range which is quite unhelpful. About a thousand dollars difference between the low and high end. Which is the correct end?

There's only three flights of stairs. Not bad!

It depends on a lot. My unit is cheaper because I'm on a high floor so you pay less going up 4 flights of stairs. Some units have screened porches, some don't. There's a few different layouts too that offer different floor plan space / square footage. Also, you can sign a 7 month lease all the way up to a 15 month lease. The longer you stay, the cheaper the rent is. The shorter your lease, it's more expensive due to it being "convenient" to stay somewhere for a short period of time.
