These are older apartment complexes and they're charging hundreds more than what it should cost to live in this older complex trying to compete with the newer complexes. You're not new quit trying to compete with prices.

Looney toon management doesn’t know how to take concerns like an adult. Why argue with residents when problems arise and gas light them?? Any proper manager would take a concern and address it without fussing or trying to come up with excuses for what’s happening. Remember these are peoples entire lives you’re dealing with…. They are just looking for a CLEAN safe place to exist . (Keep your petty responses magnolia I’m not interested. )

The layouts are beautiful but after reading the negative comments and how management chose to respond I think it is best I look elsewhere. There are to many roach infested comments and I have been a Floridian all my life and have never seen roaches in my home or the apartments I lived in.
