They cut you to 4mgs at emerson clinic no ua methadone is a much more dangerous drug where they cant just cut your dose to 30mgs they can only drop you 10 mg every 3 days and probaly ua to make sure that they arent letting you shoot herion or take xanax with 150 mgs of methadone

I'm not 100% sure, but I would bet they use the same protocol for subutex as they do for methadone, in that situation.
