I absolutely love Coventry Park, they are the best complex I’ve rented from. The staff goes above and beyond, I had a inconvenient situation due to weather and they went out of their way to lend a hand. Maintenance is very prompt and all issues are handles in a professional and timely matter. The apartments are really nice and well kept, as is the pool and hot tub. They are upfront about rent and fees. The pool area is very nice and they even have a dog park so the pups can run. I have had headache after headache dealing with shady “luxury” apartment complexes but Coventry Park definitely sets the bar high.

My experience with the staff specifically assistant manager, Ms. Roz Chapman, has been impeccable and life changing. Through this time of covid and inflation she was able to walk me through how to overcome my finical hardship! Thank you Ms. Roz. Ps. She needs a raise!!!!
