Please find mailing addresses at https://azdor.gov/contact-us/mailing-addresses. Make check payable to Arizona Department of Revenue and include your EIN / SSN / TPT License number (depending on tax type) and tax period on your payment, and mail with a tax payment voucher. Also, you can make electronic payments for most tax types on AZTaxes.gov.
I'd call customer service and see what they say. Make sure you get the person's name and the confirmation number to put with your payment.
