Is it possible to pick up a new cable box
(Ours is defect) and return the old one.
Yesterday we talked to cox and they were going to ship a new one in 2 days,so I was wondering if we can pick up a new one and return the old one to your store?

Yes, I just did it. Make sure they don't ship the other one or they will charge you for it.
