I have never had an issue at New Kensington. The employees on the photo side are very friendly, polite, welcoming etc. The others aren't as warm but they aren't rude or mean or anything regarding my experiences. I haven't seen it crowded nor have I had to wait particularly long. I've been there 4 or 5 times now for different things and each time was fine.

Never had an issue at new Ken. Guy even stood up to shake my hand and thanked me for being a veteran

I don't think there is such a thing as a "nice" location. I believe it is a rule that you have to be an a-hole to work for the DMV.
