You have to make an appointment. You can do this online without talking to anyone. They book up fast so usually you will be looking at 1-2 months of a wait when you go to book your appointment. I think Saturday is an option though I would imagine that day gets booked up the fastest.
An appointment is needed when you call they will give you availability.
