How does editing work when digitizing hi-8 mm tapes? There may be some footage preferred to be omitted from the original tape to the digitized format. If some tapes are not in chronological order, how does it get digitized in that order?

You will be provided instructions on how to edit tapes. My son did all the work in organizing, but if I remember correctly, he just moved the tapes around according to date. Sorry, I'm not much help.

Hi RP, once we digitize your tapes you will be able to organize them in the order you want on your private iMemories account. We have editing tools that can be used to delete the unwanted footage. You can always call here and we can walk you through the steps on how to do this. Patty
