Think you should call customer service for IMemories. They can give you best answers. They are very understanding and helpful! I called them 3 times with questions and they were kind. They were people who do the work, NOT just a phone customer service! The prices are NOT high!

For efficient processing and optimal quality, iMemories prefers that the photos be removed from the album prior to submitting your order. If you are unable to remove the photos from the album, you can submit the entire album for processing. Conversion to digital (discs not included) is $0.49 per negative, slide, or photo.This gets your images digitized and put online for 30 days to view, share, and download (full quality JPEG files). Extra options include Photo Discs (500 images, not a slideshow) for $9.99, USB hard drive or flash drive for $19.99-$99.99 (depending on the size required), or an iMemories Cloud Storage Subscription for $5.99/month or $49.99/year. You contact them and they will send you a big box with protective plastic bagss to put everything in. It cost about $16 and that pays for the postage.
