You have to go to the family housing hub next door. Get on the waitlist. They will help as soon as they can. Calling will not help you.
Yes...must go to 3307 e van buren... housing hub has the red door! Get on the waitlist...all shelters have residents from the waitlist first. Must call in each week to let them know you still need shelter. I registered with them 2 weeks before I was kicked out and still lived in my car for 5 weeks in summer heat.
