I have been trying to reach Umom and the Housing Hub to help a patient and her newborn for over a week and the phone number NEVER answers no matter the time we call. Why? What can we do to get a hold of them?

They never answer the phones but if you come down to the facility they will help they helped my family and we now live in the umom new day facility

I see the RA's answer the phone all of the time. I'm not sure what number you are calling but I do know they answer the phone. However the best way is to come in to the red door during regular hours so that they can assist you then.
