If you have not received your meds, I would suggest you leave a message with the front office or send a portal message (either will be responded to within 24 hours) and routine meds can be sent by staff as long as you have been seen in the office within 6 months. If you have not been seen, a one month courtesy fill is sent to give you time to schedule an appointment. Controlled substances always need an appointment. Our patient paperwork states it takes 3 days for a med refill to be processed but we always try to accommodate patients who run out of meds. I would suggest you call Brianna at the front desk and ask to be set up on the patient portal.
