Yes..you do make your own wine with as much supervision as you think you need... Josh is an excellent teacher and more than willing to teach the whole process.. We are current brewing two batches that will yield 30 bottles each.
Yep, you make it there. Great place and friendly staff. Not knowing the exact quantity you make, I can only guess. I gallon and 5 gallon are pretty standard in the home brew business I think.
