I have a tenant who is renting a room in my home. He's on a month to month. Two TV's were stolen from my home (one was his). He expects me to replace his tv and is withholding rent. I want him out. I feel threatened by him. What do I do?

Id say as a person not a lawyer bc im not but id say keep it as cool as possible. Maybe he didnt have anything to do with the tv's unless you have proof than you prolly could get him arrested. But, that wont get your tv back he could make you feel even more threatened, especially if its been over a month hes been in jail and hes comes out homeless lol smh its not funny but hey if you feel threatened just be cool wait till the months over if you dont have proof just let it be and continue with you part of the agreement till the end of the month. Than just let him go...
