They do not take these kinds of cases. I am not pleased with the way they handle the case for my mother at all! The only cases I have found them to be qualified for are landlord tenant cases. I have been dealing with them since the late '70's so trust me, I am familiar with this.
I would not trust that . Michigan has some tight rules as to how long you have to file and certify your case . there are good attorneys that take cases without charges unless you win . Believe me if you have a case in Flint go to Detroit for an Attorney . it is the ole boy network herefor sure
