Looking for a Casio G-shock watch, they have a really good selection, the gentleman helping me out with my purchase was truly fantastic, the sales guys at this store know what customer service is!!! I'm very disappointed and offend by the way they made me and my husband feel as if we did something wrong or were being untruthful when we had to drop my wedding rings off yet again(3rd time) bcuz of a stone falling out. We haven't been rude or disrespectful bcuz after all of the money spent on my rings AT UR STORE (thank God we got the insurance. Which we paid for also) and to drop off my rings and ask them to make sure all of the other stones were tighten also so no more 🤞🤞will fall out, and when my husband picks it up and brings it home and I take it out to put it on and the stone that was missing is still missing!? 😲How did that get by the jeweler? 🤔Did he forget to put the stone in?Sorry...not sorry that someone didnt do their job, how is that our fault? And bcuz we had to then again bring it back-up to the store and give it back to have the job actually done. Your employee made us feel as if we were in the wrong and was very arrogant and then held onto my ring in front of me as if we hadn't paid for it, what kind of customer service is that!? Disrespectful is what I was taught that is. We have been more then understanding and patient with the whole ordeal we have had since purchasing my rings and alot of money was spent, and I don't appreciate being made to feel that way. Ppl really need to spread the kindness 💗 and understanding 😊 these days more then ever🥺. Truly hope this is the last visit.
